Rolex GMT-Master, Reference 1675
This listing comes as a 'complete set', but it also includes a second black bezel insert (originally installed on the watch and later swapped for the service 'Pepsi' red/blue bezel insert by Russell Talerman in London).
This is the vintage 1675 you'd want to own... the dial, hour markers and hands have all aged at a consistent rate to a light pumpkin color, and the overall the watch is in excellent condition. At the end of this listing you can see our very detailed condition description.
Previously owned by a watch collector and championship winning endurance racing car driver. We are able to provide history of prior transaction in a charity auction benefiting refuge children of the Ukraine war.
This iconic stainless steel dual time zone wristwatch comes with original Rolex 1675 GMT Master instruction manual, calendar card for 1972, "Oyster Swimpruf" hang tag, "OCC" hang tag, and presentation case with outer "moon box" packaging.
The black bezel is relatively rare as these were only sold over few years in the early 1970s.

Our Transparency Commitment:
We pride ourselves on providing full transparency. Vintage watches come with unique characteristics due to their age and use, making them distinct from new watches. Every minor detail about this watch has been described to ensure our buyers know exactly what they're investing in. This is possibly too much detail, but we know other sellers do not provide this level of detail, and may disappoint their buyers.
This watch is described in overall very good condition.
Plexiglas: thin/light scratch 4mm from 9 o'clock marker towards center of the dial (can just feel with fingernail across the surface), very small dot mark between 10 and 11 o'clock. Small scratch on top right side of cyclops. None of these are noticeable without a loupe - we do not like to polish the plexiglass.
Dial: matte dial with tiny bubble between 5 and 6 o'clock markers only visible with loupe. Lume has lovely color and in great condition, some small degradation on lume spots at 4 and 5 only visible with a loupe. Very good condition serifed print text and crown.
Hands: Original hands with some light patina on metal of hands not visible without a loupe. Some cracking in lume of the Mercedes dot section of hour hand only visible with a loupe. 24hr hand great condition red, small green spot on lume - very hard to see without a loupe.
Bezel: no visible scratches on insert (believe this to be a recent service bezel insert). Black bezel insert light nick between 12 and 14.
Case: has had a light (professional) polish in it's history but retains thick lugs and symmetry, sides and lugs with light wear, one visible small scratch on top side of left lug (11 o'clock) visible in photos. Light scratches from what looks like strap replacement on back side of case. Very light wear on case back, one very thin light scratch (looks like from storage without bracelet cushion).
Clasp: small light scratch at bottom right on outermost folded clasp. Generally very good condition considering "typical table wear".
Bracelet: very light wear from typical use. Almost no stretch.
Movement: crown (un)screws easily, winds smoothly, and adjusts hours smoothly. Date wheel progresses consistently every 24hrs at 12 o'clock. 24hr hand moves correctly with time (as an aside, we love the font on the date wheel of this time period). Second hand moves smoothly and "hacking function" works correctly.
Instructions, Calendar Card, Hang Tags: very good condition
Box: very good condition, small discoloration on inside of lid - visible in photos
Outer Packaging Box: slight deformation - visible in photos
